1. This warranty is not transferable and protects only the original purchaser of this product.
2. CN-Tronics warrants to the Original Purchaser that, to their knowledge, this product identified on this Certificate is free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period in the normal course of use.
3. Conditions relating to warranty repairs:
   (a) The set must be operated according to the instruction manual.
   (b) The original proof of purchase serves for warranty repairs purpose and the details on the proof of purchase must match that of this product brought in for warranty repairs. Repair under warranty will only be carried out if (1) the original proof of purchase is produced at time of claim. (2) A serial number of the set is required.

4. The following are exclusions for the warranty repairs:
   (a) This product is tampered with or repaired by a person other than the company or its accredited service agents.
   (b) The Serial Number has been altered, defaced or removed.
   (c) If this product has been damaged during transit after purchase of the set.
   (d) If the set has been damaged as a direct or indirect result of lightning, power surges, rodents, insect damage, damage from chemicals, fire, flood, civil disturbance, or other natural disasters.
   (e) If the incorrect voltage is used.
   (f) If the set has been subject to excess movement or vibrations as a result of being utilized in an environment other than a normal household, the set will not be under warranty.
   (g) Cabling, cabinets and remote control are not under warranty.
   (h) if the set is damaged as a result of misuse or negligence.

5. This warranty will lapse if any unauthorized alteration is made to this Warranty Card.
6. Service requested and carried out where no fault in terms of this Warranty is found, will be for the owner’s account.
7. This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No representative or any other person is authorized or permitted to make any Warranty changes or assume on behalf of the Manufacturer any liability not strictly in accordance with this Warranty.
8. This Warranty shall apply to this product while still owned and possessed by the original purchaser.
9. If this product has been used for business purposes as business equipment and is faulty or defective, the company and its staff will not be liable for any claims due to loss of income or injury.
10. The company will not in any event be liable for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever, direct or indirect.
